The situation arose following Musk’s peculiar tweet suggesting he could give Swift a child, leading Banks to suggest Swift should sue and seek compensation.

The controversy began when Musk made an unusual comment in response to Swift’s endorsement of U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris.
