Prince William is reportedly in “protection mode” now that Kate Middleton has made her cancer diagnosis public.

Meanwhile, a Kensington Palace aide dished the following to the outlet: “All he wants to do is protect his wife and children. The family just want to go away for Easter, spend time together, the five of them, close off from the world and move on.

Yet another friend close to the sitch added that Prince William wishes Kate had been able to keep her diagnosis private but fully supported her choice to go public amid mounting speculation.
