Hailey Bieber found an excellent way to beat the heat during her pregnancy: an ice bath.
She shared a chilling image to her Instagram Story of her legs and feet submerged in an ice bath.
‘If you’re pregnant in this heat …. Trust me, feet + legs in the ice bath or cold plunge,’ she wrote across the photo, adding several chef’s kiss emojis.
Her legs and feet were visible in the snap with her feet crossed and her legs in a diamond shape.
Hailey has been candid about the symptoms she’s been having with her pregnancy.
Last month, she was taken aback by the lower back pain she was experiencing.
So who was gonna tell me about the lower back pain?’ she captioned a shot of herself showing her growing baby bump in her Instagram Stories.
The model and the Peaches singer announced they were expecting their first child on May 9.
Hailey has also shared the pregnancy cravings she’s been having.
‘Currently my biggest craving – Egg salad on top of a pickle with hot sauce,’ she captioned the photo on her Instagram Story.
She added: ‘And no, you’re not allowed to judge!!’
And the expectant parents are over the moon about their upcoming baby.
