Jason Kelce congratulates Travis Kelce on Taylor Swift pregnancy… “I’m proud and happy for you, Bro”
An international reporter threw Travis Kelce a hardball question during his press conference on Friday — and he took it with a smile.
Kelce, 34, and the Kansas City Chiefs are currently in Frankfurt, Germany for Sunday’s matchup against the Miami Dolphins. During his scheduled media availability, one reporter asked the NFL star a bold personal question about his budding romance with Taylor Swift.
According to ESPN’s Jeff Darlington, the reporter asked, “What is the latest status and are you in love?”
In a video shared by the El Capologist Podcast on X, Kelce replied with a grin, “The latest status is I got to see her last week. That’s the latest status right there.”
The reporter didn’t let Kelce dodge that second part to her question, however, because she quickly chimed in, “And the second question was…are you in love?”
Kelce, still smiling, responded, “I’m going to keep my personal relationship personal.”
The new couple has been making headlines for their ongoing relationship ever since Swift first attended one of his games, when she watched the Chiefs’ blowout victory against the Chicago Bears on Sept. 24 in Kansas City.
The singer has since been spotted at three more of Kelce’s games, sitting with his friends and family as she cheers for the two-time Super Bowl winner.
Kelce’s last public sighting with Swift, 33, came after the Chiefs’ 31-17 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers on Oct. 22 at Arrowhead Stadium.
Swift was photographed hanging out with her new beau, along with his teammate Mecole Hardman Jr. and Hardman Jr.’s girlfriend Chariah Gordon at a post-game party.
Gordon shared a series of photos of the group to Instagram, seemingly taken at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, after the game — and included one shot showing Swift sweetly kissing Kelce on the cheek as they posed alongside Hardman and his girlfriend.
Following the Chiefs’ 31-17 victory, Swift and Kelce walked hand-in-hand as they exited the stadium.
Both donned red attire, with the pop star supporting his team in a retro 1990 USA Kansas City Chiefs sweatshirt from Ellie Mae Vintage, while the NFL star wore a red plaid shirt.
During a post-game press conference shared on social media, Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid credited the “Karma” singer with being a positive influence on Kelce’s athletic performance.
“Kelce is getting better with time,” Reid said. “Taylor can stay around all she wants.”
The Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins kick off their international game on Sunday at 9:30 a.m. ET.
