Fans Lose It Over Travis Kelce’s Fashionable Outfit for 2024 Kentucky Derby “The Cap doesn’t fit, He needs to attend a fashion school”
Travis Kelce has officially arrived at the 2024 Kentucky Derby—and he seems to have brought out his fashion A-game.
The Chiefs player showed up looking spiffier than ever for the prestigious horse race on Saturday, May 4, which takes place every year at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Ky.
Kelce, 34, was dressed in an all-white pinstripe suit featuring a snug jacket adorned with dark-colored buttons and a navy blue patterned necktie. He appeared to have on a blue shirt with a white collar underneath and even had a pocket square in his jacket for an extra classy touch.
The NFL tight end made the look even cooler while sporting a navy blue fedora hat with a small feather detail on one side—making his whole ‘fit the perfect ensemble for the annual derby.
Even though Kelce was without his superstar girlfriend, Taylor Swift, for the outing, fans were still ecstatic to see Kelce put his fashion game on full display for the outing.
“Love the fit!” one person wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
“Looking suave,” another user chimed in, while someone else exclaimed, “Wow! He looks fine!”
Kelce was already in Louisville on Friday night ahead of the big race, where he attended The Chainsmokers’ show at the Ice House venue as part of the Sports Illustrated Revel at the Races concert before the main event on Saturday.
The three-time Super Bowl champ even got to hang out with Chainsmokers member Alex Pall, and was featured on the musician’s Instagram Stories posing with pal and retired NBA star Chandler Parsons.
Saturday’s appearance at the derby comes one day before Kelce—and possibly, Swift—is expected to appear at the Miami Grand Prix on Sunday, May 5, cheering on the Alpine Formula 1 team, which he and teammate Patrick Mahomes own a share in.
