The Kansas City Chiefs have made a move to their coaching staff for 2024.
The Kansas City Chiefs are heading into the 2024 campaign with their eyes set on winning their third straight Super Bowl.
They have made sure to retain key members like Chris Jones, Drue Tranquill, Mike Danna, and Derrick Nnadi. They also brought in quality veterans Marquise Brown and Carson Wentz but that wasn’t all they did.
They also extended defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo but they weren’t done making moves to the coaching staff. In a presser on April 15, head coach Andy Reid said Rod Wilson is moving into the OLB coaching position permanently after Ken Flajole officially retired.
Wilson is entering his sixth season with Kansas City and third season as defensive coach. Throughout his tenure with the Chiefs, he’s been tasked with coaching up different members of the team.
The Chiefs are looking to keep the continuity not only on the football field but also on the coaching staff.
