Brittany Mahomes is in her red era.

The former soccer player and wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes revealed a shocking hair change on April 10 on Instagram.

In the sexy photos, the mom of two, 28, rocks a fiery red hair color that is much different from her signature bleach blonde shade. Her mermaid waves are also several inches longer and are teamed with heavy layered curtain bangs.

The hairdo, done by extension specialist and hairstylist Laurabeth Cabott, appears to be a wig, but that didn’t stop Brittany from having some fun with her hair. She experimented with two different kinds of styles, one of them being a voluminous blowout and the other a ‘90s-inspired tousled bun giving off redhead vixen vibes. A glossy nude-peach lip and winged cat eyeliner completed her glam.

Brittany tapped into her new persona with a few different outfits, ranging from a black abs-baring bandeau with jeans and a scoop-neck bodysuit.

At some point during the shoot, it looks like she stripped down to nothing but a dazzling necklace and her massive diamond wedding as seen in a topless photo featured in the carousel.

There’s only one way Brittany could’ve summed up her mood and that is: “feeling spicy.”

Fans went wild over the star’s hair in the comment section. “In her red era,” someone raved, “Oh yeah! Live your best life,” wrote another follower.

Her makeup artist Bex Pichelmann was equally obsessed with her client’s makeover. “Casually breaking the internet on a Wednesday afternoon,” she wrote. Cabott added, “Leave em on RED.”
