Taylor Swift is teasing her Travis Kelce’s relationship in her new music.
The “Fortnight” singer, 34, appeared to give a sweet little nod to the football player in her new lyric video for “So High School,” which is Track 22 on The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology double album.
Eagle-eyed Swifties were quick to catch that at around the 40-second mark, when the lyrics “cheeks pink in the twinkling lights” appear, the “TK” in “twinkling” and “TS” in “lights” were shown in a light pink shade — a nod to her and her NFL boyfriend’s initials.
One fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “I’m never recovering from TS and TK being highlighted in light pink.” Another person commented on X, “wait im crying she highlighted TS & TK in the so high school lyric video this is so cute #TSTTPD.
Another potential tease to their romance was that the song lyrics were set over a photo of what appear to be large stadium lights — similar to ones used during high school football games at night — hinting at Kelce’s career.
Following the release of Swift’s new album, several fans online have speculated that “So High School” is about the Kansas City Chiefs football player, due to the lyrics.
Fans appeared to tie one lyric “Are you gonna marry, kiss or kill me?” to Kelce’s interview with AfterBuzz TV where he was asked to put Swift, Ariana Grande and Katy Perry in each category. He playfully put the 14-time Grammy winner in the “kiss” category during the interview.
